Requirement: The remote view works in Windows and MacOSX Operating Systems.
1) Go to http://view.10net.net and login with your credentials.
2) After logging in, you will see your list of players in thumbnail view. You can look at your list in list view.
3) You can see a larger thumbnail view of the selected player. (In Chrome, you can open this image in a new tab by right clicking on the image and selecting "Open image in new tab".
4) You can update the thumbnails by click on this link.
5) Double click on a player to remotely see a live view.
6) You will then see an attempt to launch a viewer application.
7) If it is the first time you are launching the viewer application, you will be asked to install it first.
8) Once the application launches, you should see a live remote view of the player content. The screen may only update once every several seconds because of internet bandwidth limitations. There are options to change the size or zoom of the view.
9) Your login will have limitations on the # of simultaneous live remote views that can be seen at the same time. If you are at capacity, you will have to close any current remote view windows before you can select another one.
